Mein Pc zeigt mir an das ich das Bios updaten muss blos ich weis überhaupt nicht wie das geht mein daten das weiß ich aber wie es geht ka bitte um Hilfe lasst mich nicht im Stich Hier sind meine Daten :

Firmenname American Megatrends Inc.

Vlt könntet ihr mir ja einen Link geben wo ich es direkt Dowloaden könnte wenn das geht

Ohne Angabe des Herstellers und Typs Deines Computers wird das hier nix...
BIOS Updates gibt es meist auf den Herstellerseiten unter Support.

Ja ich kann noch etwas machen noch ein paar angaben

Moment emal.

Ein PC zeigt nicht so ohne weiteres einfach an, dass er ein BIOS-Update benötigt. Es gibt einige Programme von PC-Herstellern, die nach neuen BIOS-Versionen suchen. Die geben dann Bescheid, sobald ein neues BIOS verfügbar ist. Das heißt aber noch lange nicht, dass Du das auch installieren musst. BIOS-Updates können im schlimmsten Fall den PC schrotten.

Also: Ignorier die Meldung und stell das nervige BIOS-Suchprogramm einfach ab, so lange der Rechner noch gut läuft.

P.S.: Dasselbe Programm, das Dir ein BIOS-Update aufschwatzen will, sollte auch über eine Download-Funktion verfügen. Ist beispielsweise bei ASUS Standard. Und auch bei Gigabyte. Da brauchst Du gar nicht lange zu suchen. Aber ich würde es an Deiner Stelle lassen.

ja aber ich habe den verdacht das ein paar spiele von mir deswegen abstüzen ich weis nicht meht weiter ..-.-

Das BIOS ist so gut wie nie die Ursache, wenn Spiele abstürzen. Die beliebtesten Ursachen hierfür sind:

a) Alter Grafiktreiber
b) Übertaktung des Systems
c) Hitze
d) Defektes RAM

Wie kannst Du das prüfen/beheben?

a) Neusten Grafiktreiber runterladen (entweder von AMD oder von Nvidia; je nach Grafikkarte).
b) Übertaktung zurücknehmen
c) SpeedFan oder Everest Ultimate runterladen (am besten bei chip.de) und starten, dann ein paar Minuten Zocken und mit ALT-ESC zurückschalten und die Temperaturen aus Speedfan oder Everest ablesen. CPUs sollten generell nicht über 70 Grad kommen, Grafikkarten nicht über 80 Grad.
d) Wenn Du zwei RAM-Bausteine hast, kannst Du ja abwechselnd mal einen Baustein rausnehmen und schauen, ob das Spiel dann noch immer abstürzt.

Das ist ein Feld-, Wald- und Wiesen-Fehler (Fehler beim Speicherzugriff), der bei den oben schon geschilderten Fällen a bis d auftreten kann.
Die Prüfung und Behebung habe ich ja oben schon geschrieben; einfach der Reihe nach abarbeiten.
Am wahrscheinlichsten ist, dass Dein PC zu heiß wird.

also Graiktreiber habe ich up ich Hab nivda Gefoce gtx 260 /Überkitz kann net sein weil wenn ich wintielator voren dran hebe stüzt er auch ab

wenn Du deinen PC übertaktet hättest, dann wüsstest Du das. Können wir also abhaken.
Bleibt noch die Temperatur und der Speicher. Für die Temperatur gibt's Speedfan oder Everest Ultimate, den Speicher kann man mit MEMTEST prüfen.

Lade Dir die Programme mal runter und poste, was für Temperaturen Du hast (CPU und Graka).

Bein GPU ist ein Brenn Zeichen bei den anderen is eine grüner haken aber ab und zu ist da ein roter haken nach oben

Und den Memtest weis ich ncith wie amn den anwenden kannst du das mir zeigen über teamwier ?

die Temperaturen sind normal - vorausgesetzt, sie sind nach dem Zocken entstanden. Für Leerlauf hätte die Grafikkarte nämlich schon ein paar Grad zu viel.
Bei Teamviewer muss ich leider passen; ich installiere grundsätzlich keine Fernsteuersoftware auf meinem PC.

Für memtest gibt es eine Reihe von Anleitungen; z.B.

Das sollte dann weiter gehen.
ich persönlich nehme lieber einenn Riegel raus udn schaue ob's dann funktioniert; das geht meist schneller als memtest.

EDIT: Wie eben per PM geklärt, sind das die Leerlauftemperaturen. In dem Falle empfehle ich ein gründliches Entstauben des PC und ggf. einen Gehäuselüfter.
