Thema: BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2

Zum Launch des Nintendo 3DS werden in Japan 10 Titel erscheinen. Die meisten Entwickler haben schon angekündigt, ihre 3DS-Titel sehr bald nach dem Launch des neuen Handhelds zu veröffentlichen.

So hat sich Entwickler Ark System Works nun zum Releasedatum seines auf der Nintendo World 2011 angekündigten Beat’em’up BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 geäußert. Der Titel wird am 31. März 2011 in Japan erscheinen.

BRISTOL (11th March 2011) Zen United and PQube are pleased to announce that BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2, the latest in Arc System Works’ award winning 2D fighting series, will be coming to Europe for Nintendo 3DS™ and PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) this year.

BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 is the sequel to last year’s 2D fighting sensation, BlazBlue Continuum Shift – a groundbreaking fighter that was released to great critical acclaim thanks to its innovative fighting system and stunning HD artwork.
BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 will continue this tradition on 3DS and PSP, delivering all the content of its console counterparts, while adding a host of exclusive new features.

“Described by Official PlayStation Magazine as ‘by far the best fighting game on the PSP’, BlazBlue is perfectly suited to handhelds.” said Geraint Evans, Marketing Manager at Zen United. “Continuum Shift 2 will strengthen that reputation while opening up the BlazBlue experience to a whole new audience of gamers on 3DS.”

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 on 3DS will utilize the handheld’s 3D technology to combine the series’ celebrated character design and detailed 3D backdrops, for a unique visual experience that the Guardian recently described as ‘gorgeous’ and ‘ethereal’.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2 will also include all the DLC characters from its predecessor – making it the most comprehensive BlazBlue package yet.

BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2 will be available on 3DS and PSP later this year.

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II mit Special Edition in Europa

Zur Feier des Releases von BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II für den 3DS und die PSP in Europa wird Arc System Works eine Special Edition auf den Markt bringen. Sie heißt BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II – Manga Edition und beinhaltet, der Name lässt es vermuten, den “Phase Zero Prologue” Manga. Der Manga illustriert den Beginn der Ragna-Story, als er 100 Jahre in die Vergangenheit versetzt wird. Fans werden Zeuge von Ragnas erstem Treffen mit seinem späteren Meister, Jubei und der mysteriösen Celica.
Auch schon jetzt könnt ihr in den Genuss des Manga kommen. Arc System Works verlost auf der deutschen Facebook-Seite gerade zehn Exemplare davon! BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II soll am 4. November in England erscheinen. Der genaue Termin für Deutschland steht noch nicht fest.

Endlich bekommen Nintendo Anhänger auch immer mehr Special Editions

Ich freu mich auf das Game. War bisher kein ganz grosser Fan der Reihe, aber das kann ja noch werden. Gibt es animierte Hintergründe oder eher starr wie bei SSF4?
Bin mal auf den 3D Effekt gespannt

Ich hab gehört, das Spiel soll wirklich grausame FPS Einbrüche haben.... Kann das jemand bestätigen ? Wär wirklich jammerschade, da BlazBlue mein Favorit in Sachen Beat 'em up ist. Aber da kann man nix machen, muss ich wohl nach nem anderen Spiel ausschau halten. Wollte mir zum Mario Bundle ein Fightergame holen.

Falls sich jemand fragt wesshalb er das Spiel nirgends findet, beim EU-Release wurde Deutschland wesshalb auch immer ausgelassen.
