(Simply swap discs with the original DW8 in order to import the data.)
DW8 PS3 save data –> DW8XLCE PS4 / PS Vita = YES.
(You can download a patch for the PS3 version of DW8, which then adds the option to upload/download your save data via PSN. The same also works in reverse, as you can download a save from one platform and continue it on another.)
